Hmmm...I wonder if I identified as Partially Deceased would they not eat my brain etc? That could be a survival tactic.

But what happens when zombies get so decayed that they can't walk? And eventually rot to nothing? Are they still conscious but roaming the earth as molecules wanting to devour human brains? Or do they go to zombie heaven?

I think we are already 75% towards being in an active zombie apocalypse tbh.
