If it’s your thing Ypres is worth a day. Lots to see in the area, brilliant museum in the town centre, but the food is crap!!
https://www.jeugdstadion.be/E/ Is a popular campsite for bikes. Short walk to the Menin gate, then straight out into town for food and much beer, couple of very good pubs close to the gate.

There’s an excellent meat restaurant called El Toro in Weiswambach in Luxembourg, if that’s your thing. All sorts of meat from steak to horse to just about anything. I love the place!! https://www.massen.lu/de/restaurant/el-toro-meat-club/
The area has some lovely small villages for coffee between some reasonable rides.
