When is borrowing money cheaper than paying cash?
Couchy had pointed out an obvious example, but it’s not just about being ‘cheaper’, it can be about freeing up cash, even if just for cash flow.

The way my body's falling apart, that's not a worry for me, if I live beyond 80 it'll be in a wheelchair.

Without PCP most people would still be driving older 2nd hand cars rather than new Audi's and Beemers. Even fairly standard saloon cars cost £30k+. It disguises how much inflation has outstripped wages.
