In-car conversation:

Lady passenger 1 to driver: "Could you turn the heated seats off, it's making me feel like I've wet myself."

Lady passenger 2: "Glad you said that, feels the same to me!"

I know many think they're rather effete luxuries but, there's an awful lot of blood passing through the 'groinal area'. If you can get a bit of extra heat into it, it's a bit like turning up your central heating thermostat a degree or two.
Definitely true. My latest has a heated site. First time I’ve tried one and it does make a surprisingly big difference,

My heated gillet was only about £15 from evilbay, it uses a mobile type power pack, they do come up small though, I'd go at least two sizes up

Same. My 'groinal area'* was toasty warm the other day when the temp was near to freezing. Surprising how much difference the seat makes.

*I'll be using that phrase in my seduction overture with Mrs. G. over the weekend. I'll let you know how it goes down.

This is it!

The “Thermoscaphe” heated helmet, with spirit lamp, battery-powered fan and secure oxter straps.
