From Gerloff?

Maybe we'll get to hear more about his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I’ve still to watch it, I read in the summary that Toprak was in second with 4 laps to go then made a few mistakes and went backwards. Anything can happen but as it stands Alvaro must be 44 points or so ahead now and I can’t see him losing that especially with another two races this weekend, a further 37 points available.

No Bautista, had that feeling that he’d fuck off, with a start finish of that length and his ability to get quicker as the laps go down, he seems to conserve the tyres so well and when the fuel load reduces he gets quicker.

Toprak had no tyre left after trying to keep up with Alvaro, how he brought it home is beyond me. Maybe they'll look at Gerloff's data to see what can help Toprak in the next races.

Thing is,Gerloff's Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ might not want to help a heathen Turk.

Toprak says he cunted his rear tyre, the pace was very fast at the beginning and I was trying so hard to keep with Alvaro. Plan tomorrow is to take it easier as the last 6 laps are important.

Those Ducatis down the straight have another gear to spare. How demoralising must it be to do all the work overtaking for them just to breeze by and make you start again.

Watching race 2 just now.

Down the start finish Toprak’s Yamaha is lacking even compared to Jonathan’s Kawasaki. Earlier on in the race Toprak had a double slipstream behind Jonathan and Michael and he gained absolutely nothing. With 7 laps to go Bassani goes by Toprak likes he not moving and Jonathan in the double slipstream goes by them both, it’s like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

In days gone by there would be 'levelling up' measures brought in (inlet restrictors, rev ceilings etc.) but that doesn't happen now, even when the Ducati is clearly miles faster than the rest. Is this year the shoo-in for Ducati that it looks to be?

It must be demoralising for the rest of the field when a top rider like Alvaro, who is noticeably smaller and lighter than the other riders, also has by far the fastest bike.
