True about the HRM. I will keep using that. Haven't paid much attention for a while but pleasantly surprised that all the swimming and trogging up and down the scenery seems to have paid dividends (resting rate about 20 bpm down from when I was working too much and not exercising enough). I'll have to see if my blood pressure has done likewise :D
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
But certainty is an absurd one.
