There's no point me denying it, I've also got really cautious riding a bike on the road, I'm old, fat and my bottle has gone, but I'm happy, so who gives a crap.Yorick wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 1:55 pmI'll keep my gob shutLe_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 1:52 pmDunno, but I am these days, I weigh 40% more than I did when I was racing, it's why I need a 750 to haul my fat arse around.

I'm struggling a little with it aesthtically, at the back end mostly as you'd expect. But it has the QS/Blipper which is a benefit and bonus in my book.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 2:02 pmWhat do you think of the new shape one?weeksy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 2:01 pmYeah that wasn't necessarily my best moveLe_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 1:51 pm
You sold the one you had, you said it was too fast for you.
But mostly i think i could like with that.
I also notice they've got rid of the back headers, which means you're instantly better off as they were garbage quality of coating.

I'm in two minds about the looks, it screams crashed early EXUP streetfighter, the black one looks better.
It'd look better with a half fairing similar to an early FZ750

Dunno I'm not too bad I don't think, I was 12.5 st when I was 28 and playing football/exercising regularly and I'm 13.3 st this morning at 45 yrs old. I could probably do with losing half a stone and losing a bit of me gut but not too worried.Yorick wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 2:17 pmNo. I meant that I'm 3 stones heavier than my racing weight.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 2:02 pmThere's no point me denying it, I've also got really cautious riding a bike on the road, I'm old, fat and my bottle has gone, but I'm happy, so who gives a crap.

I was more like 9 stone when I left school in 1983, I had the fastest restricted moped in mid Suffolk, I think I now know why, I was a racing snake.

Having gained weight through regular feeding after getting married, at one point I could claim that 1/3 of me didn't actually attend the ceremony and could therefore do what it liked. Wife said 'Fine, as long as it leaves the other 2/3 at home'.

That is quite hard on the eyes. It looks like no effort was made at styling and they used whatever was handy. Crashed EXUP nails the look, plus that seat....

If you imagine a tail tidy on it, it don't get much better coz of that seat. First one looked best.

Cool little box on the headstock. Anyone know what it's for?
