CHECK-IN TO YOUR EVENT NOW BY CLICKING HERE:

Essential information – PLEASE READ
You’ll need to log in and then it should take you to sign on and the briefing.
I’ll do my best to find some space for all of us but they’ve stopped us using the helipad so the small car park is normally pretty busy. I’ll be there at 7.30 and will set up the gazebo and spread out.
I’ll be in a 19 plate black vivaro.
They did a novices briefing last time but not a general one I don’t think.

Burger lunch, plenty of water and a nice little set up with @dern gazebo between the vans.
Excellent day had, Pembrey next.

We've got very similar resting HR figures, but my top end does seem to get a bit higher than most for my age I think- having said that, the particular session I wore it for was at the extreme end of things- I don't normally try that hard but it was hectic and I was in amongst it from the very start and trying hard, and it was 29 degrees which probably doesn't help either...Count Steer wrote: Tue Aug 16, 2022 8:07 amweeksy wrote: Tue Aug 16, 2022 8:02 amYOU mean "for a man of your age"Count Steer wrote: Tue Aug 16, 2022 8:01 am Average heart rate 141, max heart rate 182!
