Could have been. I'm no expert on these.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Mon Jun 06, 2022 5:27 pmAre you sure that's a Bros and not an NTV?
Looks like a pressed steel frame?

Looks like an NTV, those horrible footrest hangers are a bit of a giveaway, as is the big tank and mandlebar top yoke. Could be a Bros subframe as the stock NTV frame is all-in-one.

Yup, all the 400/650cc 52 degree Honda twins did. They were twin spark too.
Only when they were boosted to 700 (680)cc did they lose a plug and gain a valve.

They had a magazine almost fully dedicated to them. Well, an amateur niche pamphlet; The Riding Digest or whatever it was called.
The Bros was dead wee and nesh. I had a Revere which was slightly larger.

Re: The Honda Bros appreciation thread
My dad had an NTV650, it was the first bike big I got to ride (with him pillion) when I passed my CBT and was riding a GP100.
I binned it when I ran wide on the first corner, but managed to stop it touching down.
It was very... turquois.

I've got an NTV and a bros. If anything I slightly prefer the NTV, a crime for the officionados, but it's physically bigger and the shaft drive is a plus. Not as pretty but you can fix that and they're cheaper. The v motor is a gem, really nice to ride.

You can alter the timing and make them a twingle, I dunno why you'd want to but it'd be a talking point amongst a really really tiny dying group of enthusiasts.
