This has always appealed to me about a bigger scoot (over 125). I reckon if I had a scoot I'd probably use it 80-90% of the time over the car going to work and local trips. Whereas at the moment with the bike I normally check the weather see it might rain and don't bother.
If my wife's car dies I might get a scoot and go 1 car family.

I've always found scoots to be like that. Normally my bikes get parked on Friday when I get home and don't turn a wheel until Monday morning. But if I have a scoot outside I'll jump on that to go and get stuff in town or from the supermarket. Just bung a lid on and go!
