The beef took a bit longer than scheduled as our power went off 3.5 hours into the cook (12pm) and we had to rely on latent heat to finish it off. It was a touch pink for some but hot gravy helped with that. LOL. You'll not get splinters in your bum, it's basically rayon - a semi-synthetic made from the cellulose extracted from the bamboo. Better for the planet than cotton though so you're now officially 'Green'. Yeah, cotton probably wasn't the best comparison end-to-end.
