I thought they all had this front graphic, but it appears not.

Kawasaki GPz750 Turbo
My pal bought a brand new one to race. He broke a few bones trying to manhandle it. Only lasted a year, then back to the Slabbies.

They were reasonably common in the 80s, the later 650 was a lot better, all the Japanese manufacturers had a Turbo in their ranges, the only one worth owning was the Kawasaki.

If you want a real laugh, look up some of the cars that were available with turbos in the 80s, Metro Turbo was shite.

Pedantic mode, the Kawasaki Turbo wasn't a GPz, despite sharing most of the Unitrak GPz 750.
And anyone who raced one needs their head examining, evil handling things on full throttle, if you think they handle okay you weren't riding it hard enough.

I used to have a Saab 900 with prominent factory fitted Turbo graphics and seat embroidery. It was a Turbo Diesel

Top Gun bike was a later water cooled GPz750
The rally Saab 99 Turbos were pretty quick, I remember watching Rally Sprint on the telly and the Saab Turbo was well up in the results along with a TR7 V8 and a Lancia Stratos.

Yeah I'd love a proper Saab Turbo. Mine wasn't one though.

Might have to get the Scalextric out this Xmas and have my own Rally Sprint form the early 80s

The seat is diamond stitched, which almost makes up for the lack of brown.
