Active HR
Resting HR (sleep stuff at night)
Heart Rate Variability (the main things)
Respiratory Rate

Then tells you how tired you are etc each morning. Has a monthly fee though :(
Was reading more about this including a review from DC Rainmaker.

I do have issues 'wearing' something on my wrist though and don't fancy £50 underpants so i'm not still convinced it's for me

But it was interesting that the riders were seemingly wearing them the other night at Lee Valley as well as the riders at Pinkbike Academy which was showing their recovery, stress, fitness, etc... It's certainly interesting technology to me, but whether or not i'd actually wear the watch full time is open to debate.

I tend to worry about my health a lot too. So this chills me out - had chest pains a few weeks ago and the data stopped me going AWOL
If you’re worried about your ticker get an ECG or a 24 hour tape done. Then don’t worry unless it hits zero. The heart monitors you get are just novelty gimmicks, nothing more.

I keep getting pop up on my FB ad fed a ECG HR belt that actually does proper readings, not cheap (and probably still a gimmick).
"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"
"Especially the lies."

I like the look of these but I can't wear rings ! I have large knuckles and spindly fingers so if the ring is big enough to go over my knuckle it rattles round on my finger :(
