You are too vulnerable on a bike, something like a London taxi with wire mesh welded over the windows and a rope cutter bar from the bonnet to roof and lots of jerry cans in the back.
A Raleigh wisp isn't going to command much respect with Humungus's crew

I'll be fixing horizontal sticky out long blades to the wheels and fck the mileage, they fkkers aren't getting close enough to stop me filling up with their fuel!!

I forgot about them things. When i was doing courier work (Van) a lad had one of them and never had a bit of bother. Ultra reliable even though pig ugly.

Madmax youd need a dirt bike and assuming rhe worlds gone to shit you probably want a old air cooled kick start bike with a self generating ignition and a carburettor
