Off to look at a V40 d4 tomorrow 16 reg. Looks tidy enough. There's 5 or 6 not too far away so gonna have a week looking, hopefully he'll have one next weekend..

Seems to be lots more D2 than 3 and 4s.

Well the D4 was OK just, but a bit of damage to rear plastics kind of spoilt it and it was in Stoke, the capital of all shitholes bar none.

On to a D2 which was much tidier. Will do a Campbelt and service for 200 on top. The inside was like new and had a spare wheel. Best so far, but lad got set on D4s, but there isn't any within my distance. 40 miles ish rad. Told him i can look a 4 D2s tomorrow and that's it, your on your own if you don't like any.

Decision will be made tomorrow.

Price up a remap, iirc the turbo is different between the D2 and D4, but there's plenty of overhead, a remap should get a D2 to D4 levels of power.

He's put deposit on D2 I saw today, tidy car tbf. Thank fcuk for that, I'd don't need to go looking tomorrow.

Forgot to mention, on my journey yesterday from the delightful town of Stoke to Walsall, I came across Brownhills.

Jeez,. what a place. Union and St George flags everywhere. Never seen nothing like it. Brownhills worth a Google.
