they offered £350 for your bike ?
Yes. I could get another £1000 on top selling private.
TBH i'd never use a company that would offer that, it's a piss take. Even taking into account they need to make money, it's an insulting offer to anyone with a bike that actually starts.

Seen a few very clean examples for less money, one with hard luggage. I would probably not be using bike shops unless they chuck in a years warranty or more. Got a couple of jobs to do on my Fazer yet but no great hurry at this time of year.

I paid a dealer £1650 for a 01 Fazer 600 last year.

Usually steer clear of dealers but this one was mint.

That's as good a way as any of telling you they don't want it. I'd throw it in a hedge first before I took £350.

Interesting. I enquire about the bike and the advert disappears. Is this a few adverts to entice you in and say sorry sold but how about this more expensive one? The bike is still on there web site https://www.jrsmotorcycles.co.uk/bikes- ... 1000-fazer

Nice budget Tourer for little money. When my mate was a bike mechanic in Germany, i was interesting in a nice Divvy but they were out my price range then for a good one. He was saying he is often getting them in for a service with 60+K on the clock. He was talking miles. Them 8 valve engines are hardly stressed and keeping up with the service is apparently key.

Well the FZ1 never happened as on paper there was not a lot between it and the Fazer 1000. Older has a larger tank and still looks great for an old bike. £1000 cheaper also so bought this nice 06 plate today

Couple of scuffs where soft luggage sat and the heel plates but apart from that i am well chuffed 32k on the clock and service stamp up to 28k. As i phoned to say i was buying it and driving down now then never had time for an MOT so still got that to do. The can is a Delkevic and its not staying. That the Black Widow on the 600 was loud. My MOT man will have a heart attack.

They are a cracking bike, congrats. Even though they're now 20+ yrs old, they can still very much hold their own. I had mine for years, I think it may be the bike I owned the longest.

I almost dropped it rolling it off the van. Crazy how heavy it felt yet its only 16kg more than the 600
