My mistake. The NCs are made in Japan, it's the 500s that are made in Thailand. As are the 300s, various scooters and - to my surprise - the CBR650s. That's teach me to fact-check myself.

If they use the same spec materials and employee's are trained to the same levels it doesn't really matter where they're built. Trouble is, we ain't sure about that bit. 🤷🏻‍♂️
