Looks like a superior solution to a ground anchor and chain for home use. Obviously not portable, though, and my main concern is when out and about. A good product for those who need maximum home security, though.

The main idea was to offer maximum security at home ( in the garage or drive way) , but also at work, hotels, secure car parks...

One of the things that i have designed to this is that if you don't lock your bike in it, you can remove it and relocate it, lets say summer on drive way or in the middle of the garage, and in the winter in the back of the garage.
But if there is a bike locked in there, or the locking pin is in the lower position the bolts cannot be removed.

Looks effective, but what bikes really really need is an effective locking system that prevents that bike ever being moved or used without the key. Something along the lines of a very secure lock that locks the engine/transmission in a parking position as well as locking the ignition in a non-bypassable way. The idea is to stop the bike being ridden or wheeled away, and make it not worth stuffing in a van.
Most of us can secure the bike at home, but every time we go out it is at risk, and your boot thingy doesnt look very portable!

Sure do, but they wont as they are making money on theft.

I did raise an eyebrow when reading the price, and then checked how much I paid for an Almax set up 6 years ago, £300 + a planter + a bag of cement + 2 pairs of mole grips.
So sure it ain't cheap but it ain't unreasonable I reckon.

The Hiplok 1000 Ultimate bundle is £599 so the TufLuck boot would seem competitively priced assuming like-for-like protection.

I assure you i have rejected investors and partnerships to be able to keep costs low. Just between you and me we are literally giving our profit away nearly entirely during this pre-order . The main goal wasn't money.

Wouldn't stop a couple of burly blokes picking it up and throwing it in a van to then work on at their leisure.
Peugeot used to have a great system on their scooters, a Boa lock that came out of its back end so you could lock it to street furniture, so much easier than faffing about carrying a chain.

Hmmmm i could design something like this for TufLuck. People who have no drive way to park their bike could attach a chain to TufLuck and use it as a disc lock, secured disc lock...... hmmmm right? ..Nah im joking... maybe
