I've had loads of different twist n go scoots, Hondas, Vespas, Gileras, piaggios etc. They are superb for buzzing round town on, and my SH300 was even good for commuting into London and back on A roads as it'd hold the NSL easily enough.

I've just been offered (for free) a low mileage 2007 SH300, but its not ULEZ compliant which means i'd have to pay Honda an extortionate amount of money for certificate of conformity to register it was the TFL bandits. Then there's more tax & insurance and as I cant see me walking past the AT to get on it, I'm going to sell it for the owner instead, but its a kinda shame though for the aforementioned reasons.

Oooo, interesting- I'm shortly about to start a casual 3 or 4 times a month 30ish mile commute , a fair bit of which is likely to be in or around rush hour, and have been looking at buying a sccot, and SH300s is top of the list, , so if you do get it and want to move it on and it's half-decent, let me know
