There aree some helpful sorts on the facebook group for these but of course the usual FB idiots are also on there too.
DCT reset below and although i'm not sure if its the same for your model, the DDNDN button push sequence seems to the same for all of the Honda DCT.

Yep, it did take me a couple of goes, but seemed to work and now much smoother at lower speed especially.
