Loads of Surrons here and the majority owned by roadmen, scumbags delivering drugs and pretty much nothing the police can do.
Escooters though, you can hire one from the local council and then they are perfectly safe.....use your own personal one and they suddenly become a danger The only difference the council ones have public liability included, the message is confusing they're either dangerous or not. TBH I'd have one for local running about but the risk of points and a fine means I'll jump in the car instead and sod the environment.....

Imo, E bikes and E scoots are a great idea. Clean, gets people out, charge at home, what's not to like. ??
