What is this ironing of which you speak?

Crumpled is good, why else were linen suits invented? Just extend the look to other items.

I've just told the boss I'm going to WFH , Tuesday and Thursday.

Friday is 'dress down' day, so I'll only need to iron two shirts a week!

We've lived in this villa 7 years and not seen an iron.

Iron some creases down the front of your bermudas and go down the bar, see if anyone notices? ;)

The man can do whatever he wants just as the next man can. He is also entitled to his own opinion on people, events even life. If it does not match your opinion would that mean he is an idiot?
I meant the fact that he queued 12 hours and didn't try to jump the queue.
Fair play to him Lady here was just saying “Phil & Holly” also went but did jump the queue? Dunno if that’s true or not?!

Sadly it'll take more than this to get the odious little twat out but at least its another nail in his coffin...

I believe there was a route to see the empty box with a flag over it that was available to the press. Phil and Holly, being TV presenters used the press route rather than the public queue. The question is, are they journalists?

I'm about as likely to watch them on telly as I am to stick pins in my eyes, I still might sign the petition though.

Was the box empty because she had returned to the mother ship in her true lizard form?

I wonder if the chap is going to regret parking his Porker in the empty bit of the supermarket carpark that is being used by two driving schools currently.

Wow. Modern pitchforkers are all online?

It's partly envy of privilege and success but mainly because they've seized the opportunity to dig their claws into people they've obviously hated for a long time. You only have to read the wording of the petition (don't, it's really not worth it) to see that it's hardly a measured response to abuse of privilege.

They must be gutted that it's such a short list of queue-jumpers to have a pop at.

Taking daughter to vet with her puppy for 2nd jabs. So proud of her, she does not like needles herself and found it hard to cope, but was brave for her puppy.

Uncanny. Put a deposit down on a pup and the seller has not been very forthcoming with pictures and viewing it. Started to think i was getting scammed and he phones tonight out the blue. Pups were not well (Stomach bug) and now at the end of a course of antibiotics so cant get first jabs till way next week. It was decided ill get her this Sunday and take her to my vet for the Monday as the wife is off so away for a couple of nights in the Camperbus then home via the west to pick up a pup :D

Could still be a bloody scam mind you

So, someone sent me a message this morning and I'm still grinning like a really really grinny thing.

Totally insignificant to most people. Really doesn't effect my lift (except it made me smile and be very happy). But the person that sent the video - it's big!

One of my friends from rehab was there a few months before I got there. He was in a wheelchair the whole time I was there. When I went to visit, he could walk with crutches :banana-dance:

Today he sent me a video of him walking - no crutches :banana-wrench: :banana-wrench: :banana-wrench: :banana-wrench:

I'm so so happy for him. It's such a massive step in recovery. He'll be there are few more weeks probably (only because the French system tends to keep you till you are fit to go home alone rather than chucking you out asap) so I'm going to try and go to visit next week :D

Sadly the other two friends still there are still on a very very slow recovery road. But the fact that Rémi is doing so well is freaking awesome and I really have been grinning madly all day :D :D :D
