A proper winning week for me. I just found the earphones I lost a couple weeks ago AND I hadn't gotten around to ordering replacements yet !

Getting fast tracked for knee replacement! 14th of September will see the useless part of my skeleton replaced with a titanium piece!

Not dropping the Guzzi despite the front sliding locked up as I emergency braked due to a lapse of looking where I'm going

Soldered copper and push-fit plastic plumbing joints that don't leak when you turn the water back on...

It's not really insignificant, but I'm sitting here seriously relieved and finally much less stressed!! The social worker in the rehab centre screwed up some paperwork, so the 'sick pay' wasn't paid on the 15th July. So I've been waiting since then. I received a reply to a message I'd sent telling me they made a payment today - might take a couple of days to show in their system and in my bank, but they've made it . PHEW!!!!
