For what it's worth I'm not fussed either way, it was a good excuse to get out when I'd not planned to.

@Bigyin explain about his riding companions.
(I don't see them as dribbly..but y'know we all get older eventually
). Let's just say I don't think many of us would be showing them a clean pair of heels....even if they were riding CB400s never mind GS's. They might be getting a bit leaky now though....so they just have to stop a bit more often.

Clobber and the usual stuff is in top box …. Didn’t fancy using the panniers as they are feckin huge and I like filtering so the waterproof bag had tent, sleeping bag, Kip mat, camping chair and a few other camping odds and sods
