I think it might be a while before we descend into Mad Max, but if we end up in lockdown again for anything then it would be a lot nicer if you're not dependant on Waitrose for your dinner, and you've got a bit of land to enjoy. Plus the more you're self dependant the less it's going to cost you.

I mean like a reasonable uptick on those preparing for events that require you to be self sufficient. Not all of those aiming for self sufficiency are preppers, but if you're seriously anticipating a seachange where self sufficiency becomes a valuable commodity then the next step is being able to defend it?
