Oh boy! I think 2022 is 'The WvA tour' - what.a.star. He should get half the yellow jersey.

I'd be walking into the team bus with "so boss, about next years wages..."

Well, that's my interest done. Been pretty much a 2 horse race since KO. Great to see Vin wait for Pog when he slipped off on the decent today. Not many memorable sprints with a lead out i can think of. Missing Cav i think. Pidcock had a great day, Froome had his little moment but not my favourite year. 👍

What a team! :D (and WvA delivers again  ).

(Interesting discussion on ITV4 about why he probably wouldn't try and transform into a GC contender. Must be tempting though).

I think today again showed just how hard it would have been for Cav to win a stage. There's been very very slim pickings for sprinters.

Seems to have been a combination of things ranging from course selection, team choices and management and the fact that now a few select riders and their teams can turn the sprint days into a drag race which shatters the 'mainly sprint' teams. I think Sagan had one sniff, Caleb Ewan not even that (I actually thought he'd pulled out).

Do you think Cav will get another chance? One of the 'political' teams might give him a go at one more (a bit like they did with Froome) maybe? Got to wonder if we'll see him at the Tour again (I'm sure the organisers like the record as it is).

Wonder what would have happened if Roglic had been in better shape?

Thoughts are currently he'll end up at B&B hotels with a new budget from Carrefour sponsorship

That'd be excellent. Changes the fan dynamic a bit with a French company team too maybe.
