Nah, we can still do that on the condition that the kid faces away from the archer so as not to traumatise them.

Sat all day in PJ bottoms and a t-shirt.
This is the start of the decline. Soon I'll be ordering Uber Eats and watching daytime telly.

To be honest, as little as possible! I've got a bruisingly heavy next week, starting with the wedding on Saturday and then going on for two weeks straight. Did take daughter to horse therapy and she had a good morning out, so that is nice. Done some admin, some work on my sermons for three services and am working on another one.
Going to do tuna steaks for dinner, with some baby potatoes, my son loves those. Then putting out the garden and recycling bins for collection tomorrow morning. Both bins are full to the brim (after I jumped up and down the contents!).

I needed another civic or jazz, magic seats for the folding ebikes. We may decide to drop down to one car and lady Dodgy reckons civic too low. It's very red.

Had a unexpected conversation with my wife about changing our 5.8m campervan for a much smaller VW T6 one!
I've always said a campervan without a bathroom is no good to us, but she's countered with, we never use the shower in there as dont wild camp and use the site facilities, but we do use the toilet. Howver, when we were away, we saw loads of T6 type caravans with drive away awnings and toilet tents etc. So her point is, if we had VW camper we'd be able to actually use it to get into towns and save relying on buses and taxis. Also, if we had a camper that was a size that could be usable as a daily driver, I could sack off the Tesla and we'd only have to tax and insure 2 vehicles. I have to admit her idea has a lot of merits!

Its really frustrating when we get to a new destination and go into town only to find we cant get parked and have to go back and drop the camper off and then get a cab or bus. This really came home to us this year as we stayed at multiple different places in Cornwall and the big camper was a pain. Its the height restriction as well as the length of the thing. We always sit and cook outside of it too, so dont really useit for anytyhing more than a bedroom and occasional toilet. The upside is, I just pull up on site and wind out the awning and i'm done. If we go the VW route i'm going to have to start putting up awnings etc and that is putting me off a bit tbh? But i'd love driving a T6 about! Hmmm...

You can get wind out awnings on the VW exactly the same but a bit smaller of course.

Yes, that's true, but I think my wifes idea is for a fair sized drive away one with a bog tent in the corner for emergencies? I'll give it some more thought and maybe stick my camper up for sale at a good price (for me) and let fate decided! I must admit though, the more I think about it, the more it does make sense!

Discovered that an old washing up sponge isn't a suitable replacement air filter for an 11hp briggs & stratton motor whilst halfway down the drive, necessitating a lengthy push back (battery and relay fubar, so jump direct to starter)
