A small collection of old aircraft mechanic books/manuals. Some are from the now defunct Northrop school & some are from the Govt (CAM 18 etc). Already had the third edition of the Northrop books (1960s), now I also have the first (1940s) & second (1950s).

First of the six books showed up. This one looks like it was put on a bookshelf 74 years ago & forgotten about. The white stain on the cover wiped off with a damp cloth.

1943 CAM 18. This is the book that predates the AC 43-13 (for you aviation wallahs)

Following my recent Ebay splurge on some old aviation mech & machinist books last week: Apparently this triggered some algorithms...
This morning I log onto Ebay to check progress. Under the "recommended for you" category was the DSM-5 :(

Shift forks in the ZRX & ZX series of engines are a weak point. ZRX11 & ZX11 use the same three parts. They're $90 each. I just scored a NOS set, still in the Kaw bags, for $40 :)

I hate to say it, but you'll have to elaborate...

There's probably an entire chapter on aircraft mechanics.

It's an old purchase, but now mine :)

The missus was clearing the top floor and decided that we don't need this speaker up there.

So it's now in the man cave :)
