My Moho takes 10l of fully synth mb approved oil, 4l of 70 for the box and 1l of 90 for the diff, and I pay less than that
Find out what spec oil they're selling you (SH/SJ/SM etc) and just buy a generic oil of the same spec next time.

Isn't the HD engine still a separate component from the clutch and gearbox?? If so, surely you just need a basic 'engine' oil, not a fancy 'all-in-one' oil with additives for wet clutches and gearboxes? My BM is similar - wet-sump engine with engine oil, dry clutch, wet gearbox with 90 weight gear oil.

4 hours in the saddle today, seat is a keeper, still needs to be broken in proper but it's soooo much better than stock.
Cruise control is ace, despite using it at every opportunity when in the car I didn't figure it'd get much use on the bike, but no it's a handy feature to have.

Well, today was supposed to be fault finding to try and work out why an indicator was playing silly buggers, except it wasn't playing ball and was working as expected despite spending half and hour prodding, pulling and twisting every wire I would get at under the seat, so I spent the day riding it.

Only to get 10 minutes down the road and find it not working again
Spent half an hour scratching my chin, measuring voltages, squirting 12 volts up the sub loom etc. main loom is fine, BCM is fine, so its either the rear sub loom breaking down or the indicator itself as it craps out after x seconds when having a voltage applied.

Still, at least I know what I'm doing tommorrow now, hopefully repairing or replacing part of a sub loom, or ordering a new pair of indicators.

Are the stock winkers so bad? I see very little aftermarket flashers that look better than original. Rizoma maybe,but they are spendy.

Yes, they're massive, not brilliantly visible in daylight, and would now require a relocation kit due to the saddle bags I run.
Was very tempted to give a set of Rizoma ones a go this time, once you've bought the lights, cables and adaptor plates they run about the same money as the ones I'm using.

Note to self, when planning a week away in the middle of a British summer, do remember that your new seat is perforated and you should take your rain cover with you to save getting a wet arse after it's been sat out in the rain all night

In fairness I did pack it, it's in the new Oxford waterproof bag I bought for this trip, the new bag we decided we didn't need and left in the garage

I've had these sitting on a shelf for the past year, and now the brake lever has landed I can fit them but I've gone off 'em
So dice rolled that a German place that says it has stock of alternative unobtanium pegs actually does and order placed.

Then I'm done, everything cosmetic or ergonomic wise that I wanted to do will have been achieved, it's all cams, pistons and jugs if I want to do anything else in the future.

Apparently they are a pain in the arse nowadays, on the levers they cause enough drag to trip the switches so kill the cruise control, and fitting them on a fly by wire throttle grip also can cause issues, apparently, so I've heard online.

5000 cough6000cough mini service done, dropped all 3 oils and replaced with fully synthetic.

What an absolute fucking ball ache of a job I've never had an oil change take so long and spilled so much oil in all my life.
Having 3 holes is theoretically a good thing, you can use specific oil for a specific task, but who ever positioned the various drain and fill points, and decided on a horizontal oil filter needs a kick in the ball sack
