For a 'local yokel' bike show, that's at least as good as some I've paid a fair amount of wonga to see. You Norn Iron types do like yer bikes, don't ye? And good on ya. :)

It was featured in Superbike mag a lot of years ago,but has gone under constant evolution since then. Writeup in the pic.

Painted two coats of paint, plumbed in a dishwasher, put up a curtain pole and associated curtains.

Currently also experimentally slow-roasting a joint of beef 👍

Safe to say that Christmas prep is in full swing 💃

Oh, and uploaded some DashCam footage to an insurance company, as I happened to be right behind an accident a few weeks back. 😇

Schlepped all the way up to Manchester, had a lovely Xmas lunch with all of my side of the family and then came back home, no money changed hands for food.

Just occurred to me that I said 'Christmas prep is in full swing', while also having not a single Christmas decoration up. 😆

Fuck it. I got them out of the loft yesterday, there's no rush.💃

Finished my last night shift for the year, slept a bit, walked dogs and now feel shattered.

2/2 for MOTs today.
Bike in the morning, Moho in the afternoon.
Moho required some percussive maintainance to pass second time around, but nothing else to report, which for a 21 yo sprinter, is good going!

& another $65.70 for 14.6 gallons this morning.. so while I've spooged over $200 of fuel since the 13th, Friday was the first fill up in two months & it wont need filling again until at least February, maybe March... Thank fuck.

I dropped off the running boards/body kit at the paint shop this morning. He's going to call later with a (cash) price.

Got some bad news on the dad front. He's in some old folks gulag & has developed a questionable habit of targeting/harassing little old ladies who aren't exactly compos mentis owing to dementia etc. (I just found out about this today from my step brother)
Things went a bit too far yesterday & owing to something called *safeguarding* he's been given 28 days to bugger off. Not sure of the details, cops were called but her family didn't want to press matters.

He's 89.

Just had to rescue roomie & her 40yo son from a "terrifying" sparrow that had flown into the kitchen. It was sitting on the counter, dropped a tea towel over it & released it into the back yard. Her son wanted to "hit it with a broom".
From the original screaming I thought maybe there was a Grizzly roaming the house...
