I think you're confusing it with the beaches along the north east coast of England that have sea coal mixed with the sand.

3 days of my life I'll never get back.
I once did a saturday job with the same firm for 18 months before having an induction. My induction was the last shift I ever did with them :D

When I was Senior DBA for Parcelforce, they got a snotty new HR boss.

She called me in and said I didn't have a degree.

I said "I'm on call tonight for the Parcel Force database'

If I don't do it, you won't have a job tmrw.

No biking today. Mrs.Skub and I spent the afternoon in the walled gardens in the grounds of Glenarm castle. A very pleasant day.

Today I have been mainly remembering why I gave up spannering on quads!
I have a dead-ish artic cat in the garage which has a plethora of sticky out bits to bang your head on whilst bent over working on the steering.
There have been many fucks uttered today!

This is my bike. Not the pedal cycle. The. appartment owners put that there in case I wanted to use it.

My mate is a kerbside mechanic who does this almost daily. Just up the same street is a guy who was under a Landrover doing the same thing and the jack went. He how lives in a wheelchair. Remember kids, always use an Axle stand.

Or in my case blocks of railway sleepers

Three pieces of scaffold plank under the sump. And don't trust axle stands on tarmac, always put a plywood or similar pad under them.

Supposed to be working from home today but have only just started! Had to meet carers at step dads to discuss ongoing care and finances etc. Turns out whilst he has a blue badge he doesn't get attendance allowance! :wtf: Carers will help me fill out the weighty tome that is the form, but need info from Doctors which they wont release to me without filling out a form. So I had to go to his doctors get a gdpr form, take it back to step dads and fill it out, then back to doctors to hand it in. Now I have to work until a bit later than normal, then back to his to see if he knows his log in for the NHS or doctors app so I can access his records to fill out said form on monday.
