Fun fact - "assault" doesn't require any physical contact to occur, merely fear that it might.

So if you're ever the victim of a bust up, make sure you tell the Police you were scared.

Honestly, I don't know the exact charge, only the top and tail: punched the bloke, guilty and fined.

PS Would that make bad BO, an assault to the senses, an actual offence?
