Every time I open this thread I end up having a go on something, that's another £30 on my credit card, and to add insult to injury I'm absolutely convinced that I'll never win anything

I'd spend a few of those 50k on getting a front numberplate that sits straight.

Nope :obscene-birdiedoublered:
I only play on rev comps and they don't have many cars that I'd actually like to win nowadays.

I'd like tonight's Merc, but no way in hell am I playing at £85 a ticket

Not my thing but I think a few of you are fans? 65p a ticket...

Aprilia RS660 Limited Edition
The RS660 ticks all the superbike by being fast, exciting and feeling like a mini RSV4 in the corners. Coming with a huge tech package, consisting of factory Quickshifter, variable factory power maps, and even adjustable wheelie control, the RS660 really lets the rider control how they want to ride.
The striking livery is inspired by the American flag, with alternating colours, stars and stripes adding yet more visual punch to the bike’s dynamic character. The colour scheme replicates the special graphics sported by Twins Cup champion rider Kaleb De Keyrel in his appearance on the Vallelunga racing track. The occasion was the final stage of the Aprilia RS 660 Trophy where he was invited to participate in recognition of his stunning victory on American soil.
We are giving you the chance to win this RS660 Limited Edition for as little as 65p! Grab tickets whilst you can!
2022 Model
Only 3k Miles

Revcomps have a Targa up for grabs, with a £100k alternative.
I was sitting earlier with Mrs Potter and she noticed me looking at it and asked me if I was having a punt, she normally pulls my leg if I'm entering competitions for fancy cars so I quickly went on the defensive and said I was only considering it because of the cash alternative, but she was actually keen on the car.

I've had the exact same motor though in a slightly different body shape and I wouldn't have another turbo 911, it's either NA or nothing.
It does look lovely though.

Targas are for people too bent for a hard top, but not good looking enough to rock a convertible, are they not?

That might actually be an accurate description of me

I've always liked the look of them, but I think they're probably practically the worst of the choices you could make.

They're probably the cheapest variant second hand, so they've got that going for them.

Are they?
I always thought they got a premium because there aren't many about, never properly looked though.

A fella I know makes Speedsters, but they're properly bonkers money.

Yeah Speedster is a totally different kettle of fish.

Can't claim encyclopedic knowledge of 911 prices but from memory Targas are just a bit weird and lose value. Realistically why would you buy one? Other than to be a hard-core 911 nerd.
