  • Got up, took the dogs for a walk.
Went round the corner shop and bought the makings of a full English.
    Made Brekkie for family.
    Watched Moto3.
Went to Supermarket as everyone voted on a Beef Roast for dinner.
    Watched Moto2
    Cleaned down Kitchen
    Watched MotoGP
    Prepped and cooked Roast.
    Took dogs for a walk
Served up Roast and had Family meal - Eldest kids first family Sunday Roast since August.
Drove Eldest back to Naval base in Portsmouth.
    Drove home
Took Dogs for their evening piss
    Poured larged Scotch
Caught up with MOTD 2 and Strictly eviction.
    Had a look in here.

Took MTB for suspension fixing.
Went to organise a new pool cover.
Long dog walk on the beach.
Nice lunch at our fave beach bar.

Now on the patio building up to my afternoon nap. It's later than normal, but these things are sent to try us.

Cut my lawns. Mainly because we're having new french doors fitted tomorrow and I know my Mrs will say, doesn't the garden look messy. So I'm getting ahead of that curve! 8-)

Went kitesurfing, learning to ride a strapless directional (surfboard). Steep learning curve for sure.

Accidentally, but somewhat successfully, did some shoplifting.
Picked up a phone card at the store while acquiring vittles. Put it on my shirt pocket, then forgot about it until I got home & discovered it.

Had to go back & pay for it anyway as it wasn't activated. Quite happy with my 90 day/$19.99 phone bill 8-)

My Stepmum died today and I had to break the news to my Dad. Not the best day ever.

Covid restrictions are making the funeral arrangements very difficult,I feel like I've spent the day wading through treacle.

Over here we rarely get above 60. It's a great off road car for the price, and not too bad generally. It wouldn't be my first choice as a road car. But for the price, we can bang it off road without worrying about all the scratches and dings. There's a lot LOL.

Scared to think about the resale value ;)

Condolences. It is hard breaking news to family. Lost a good mate yesterday to brain cancer.

Getting my flu jab today.

We’re having to go to the local chemist to get it as we were on holiday when they were doing it.

S’ok, it was a hire car, fastest car on the road!! Seriously, I get it suits where you live but I couldn’t recommend it for here if you use motorways.
Tonight I have some sporty Fiesta for a trip, again I think it will be the fastest car on the road at about 0200.
Only using lots of hire cars because I am sorting out operational cars and our risk assessment says only one person in a car. Must be costing the taxpayer a lot of money.

had hours of meetings and then PAT testing stuff in the Church. have an evening meeting coming up from 8pm, but it is one I enjoy, so can kick back a relax. And we had an acceptable offer on the house! Hallelujah! Now to make sure then cough up and follow through... At least it will eventually get sold. Right now I'm making a nice mashed potato and beetroot burger dinner for wife and i. Nom nom.
