Transmen boxers beating the shit out of women boxers!
MMMmmmmm not seen this... but the whole concept of this makes my eyeballs twitch. There's some sports where i see transgender being a minor issue... and some where i see it as a MAJOR issue... Boxing is deffo in the latter.
The clip I saw looked brutal. Someone wil get seriously hurt with this. Absolute disgrace.
Just been to CT the car prior to sale, beach volleyball was being shown in the waiting room.
Some VERY interesting camera angles being used by the french directors!

Stop spreading lies! Neither of the two boxers you are alluding to are transgender, they have unusually high levels of testosterone.
Okay, I just read something along that lines that they failed gender tests?
Possibly they are intersex or just have unusually high testosterone or maybe they cheat and take steroids.
High testosterone or taking steroids wouldn't give you XY chromosomes, which according to the International Boxing Association both of them have.
It's about high time this sillyness was done away with, introduce an open category alongside male and female, and let them play their games to their hearts content

When that is tried, nobody enters the new category.

I can't imagine why.
But OK, so they compete in their genetic sex category, or don't compete, the decisions they make have an impact on what they can or cannot do, the same as the rest of us.

Who says they have XY chromosomes, all I have seen is that tested high for testosterone.

It says it right there in my post who says they are XY, there may be some ambiguity over the IBA and their integrity from what I can see, but it wouldn't take much to prove / disprove it.
Anyhow, this is dragging a sporting thread totally in the wrong direction, so I'm out before it gets canned.
