I completely agree, running a cafe can be a real headache with all the regulations and health inspections. It’s a lot of work and the margins are often pretty slim. A garden centre sounds like a much more manageable option, especially if you can tap into local demand for flowers and plants. Funeral flowers and deliveries could definitely help boost income, but I can see how the costs could still add up quickly with a physical shop. I know a lad that does this, he was selling them on one of the markets we work. He supplies some local restaurants too.
