There’s very little money gone in, exhaust was £300, shocks were £200 and fork springs I had. Pads were £22 and I’ve got fluid. The big expense will be tyres if I put them on. The time I’ve spent I’ve thoroughly enjoyed tinkering so doesn’t count.
Today I stripped exhaust off and the clamp where it had started blowing at cadwell was knackered so new one ordered. If I use it on track again it’ll still need modifying to tuck it more out the way. Also dropped the AP racing pads in.

I've seen loads and loads of people run and work hard on Brembo SA pads and never seen anything like this
Whilst i am often impressed with your braking, you're not THAT good them....
It confuses me lots...
I'd be emailing that to Brembo with a "WTF" mail.

Yup that, or maybe they are the original (Indian?) Having said that, they didn't do what the ones in the pic above have done ( although in fairness they didn't have to stop anywhere as much weight of either bike or rider )

Lol, no the original ones were utter rubbish. These were proper aftermarket ones and were allegedly genuine. If Brembo ever get back to me I’ll send them off to be checked.

So yesterday I had a go on a standard interceptor, the sister bike to my GT with a more upright riding position. This one was completely standard. Mine has approx £700 of mods, exhaust, airbox, battery, shocks, fork springs and brake pads. In addition the seat and tank are different on the GT as are the footpeg positions and the GT has clip on handlebars.
Soon as I set off on the interceptor the bars felt high and wide, the seat and tank were wide and the footpegs low and yup wide. It had none of the instant go mine has and felt a bit meh tbh. Mine is around 20kg lighter and has another 10hp in the midrange. It feels small and taut and rides completely the opposite of the interceptor. Although they share 95% of parts they feel like 2 totally different bikes.
If you'd rode an interceptor then read how much I love mine you'd think I'd gone mad tbh but having now ridden one myself it isn't a bike I'd buy, mine though is a different thing altogether thankfully.

Lots of thoughts for the next stage of mods, front brake now has AP pads and proper fluid. Haven’t tried it in anger yet. Still need to get exhaust modified for more clearance.
Once that’s done I’ll fit metzeler racetec classic race tyres instead of the touring tyres I used at Cadwell. Still 18” and a fat 130 rear and 110 front. Should have loads more grip and corner speed then. Unknown if the bike is going to portimao but if it does I fancy fitting cam and high comp pistons which should get me 55-57hp at the rear wheel. Would also like a full fairing for the 1km straight, classic TZ stuff looks good and I can try a few from the classic builder over the road.

The answers might be in other threads I've missed, but did you do the further mods? Do you even still have the bike, it's literally been a few months now?
