Lovely bikes to ride and as others have said lots of toys and comfort …… If I didn’t get the one I have that would probably have been the one I went for
Enjoy

If 99.9% of my rides didn't involve a pillion, it would have been a Multistrada.

It's unusual i think to find a woman who rides but enjoys pillion. My missus would never go on the back since learning to ride herself and i don't think that's only because it'd be me ridingKungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 8:10 amWe sold her bike last month.... she only did 666 miles in 5 years.weeksy wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 7:15 ammrs kfb rides doesnt she ?KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 7:04 am If 99.9% of my rides didn't involve a pillion, it would have been a Multistrada.

She like to sit on the back and have a vape.
It traffic lights I sometimes worry that my bike is on fire.
She's competitive, I think when she realised that she was never going to be as good as me, she just gave up

Mr Mum has a licence and a bike (CB500R....or is it a CBR500...I can never remember). She still goes pillion with my Dad quite often.

She realised your ego couldn't handle that she was better at riding a bike than you, so she gave up out of kindness to you, that's what she told me.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 8:15 am She like to sit on the back and have a vape.

Nippy Norman's has the Wunderlich stuff that might actually serve a purpose like bar risers and peg lowers if you need to change the ergos. Apart from the luggage I added, the only thing I considered was an aftermarket seat (but never actually got one).

Nippy Normans sell the black box that connects to the satnag mount and allows you to replicate the Nav 6 functions on a smartphone. I think that's the only thing I'm considering at the moment.Count Steer wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 9:44 amIt's a total industry! Re: I've convinced SWMBO to let me buy a bike!
Strangely I took my missus on back to back test rides on both the LC GS and the Multistrada. We went to BMW first and had 45 minutes on it and she quite liked it. We then went to Ducati and after 10 minutes on the Multistrada tapped me on the shoulder and said “buy this one”KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 7:04 am If 99.9% of my rides didn't involve a pillion, it would have been a Multistrada.
I was going to anyway but interesting it’s the one she preferred…… saying that I can count on my fingers the amount of times she has been on either Multi in 5 years of owning them
