No it's not, it's 14:37.
You just wait until it gets to 38 minutes to 11!

After many attempts with various bits of hardware I have Finaghy for good WiFi in the shed and now my security camera is working properly

Just had a call from one of me best pals. We started racing together.
He's racing again this year. 3 bikes including trick GSXR1000
Anyway, he's doing a few Euro dates and wants to get the old gang back together for a Euro party.
Let's hope it gets some traction.

Was riding along today, doing a couple of pastoral visits, then decided to visit a friend who works on an industrial estate. He's recently been featured on RedBull TV thing about a gravity bike, rather aces. Anyhow, on the way to the shop, there is a big police road check point, and my Triumph is perhaps a tad noisy, I'm being waved to pull in, he spots my clerical collar, smiles and waves be back out again. Got to smile and carry on.

Bloody vicars, always first in line for special treatment.

<goes on Amazon and orders big teeth and halo> This is getting expensive - I may as well pay the fine.

Nah, TP just swished his hand and said "Expeliarmus Annoyingcopperus!"

More likely he waved his hand and said "I'm not the priest you are looking for".

Just found somebody to paint the 3 sides of the villa away from the patio.
Took me a month to paint the place when we bought it and 480Kgs of paint. Was 2 coats though.
This lad is only €1100 all in and needs lots of prep work round the back where wind attacks it most.
It's about 300m2 for him to paint.

A book arrived while I was completing my bike "Cows In Trees" by our very own
@hawker .
I'm feeling very pleased to have a running bike and now sat in the warm with a cuppa and a book good to read

Text from my ol' mum. Having had bladder cancer for a few years, then having a kidney removed as it had crept up there, she was getting chest pains on that side when she breathes in. After a long wait, finally got her CT scan results back showing no signs of the cancer spreading, so she lives to fight another day*.
*Well, when I say 'fight' I mean drink tea, go shopping and read books with wistful-looking young nurses gazing adoringly up at passing Spitfires on the cover.

My Son just calls me and casually drops into the subject he's just passed his 3 theory tests for HGVs and is going to do his Class 1 test! He's a qualified Transport Manager, but apparently, this makes him a better one in an employer's eyes and will get him more respect from his drivers if he has it too, especially as he is quite young to be a TM.
He also tells me that he wants to buy his own place soon and with a mortgage to pay, he wants to be able to keep working no matter what. I'm very proud of him but equally as pleased that he's found the industry he wants to work in as he loves doing what he does!

But he can fook right off if he thinks he's going to park a tractor unit on the drive!
