That's the geezer I was on about, if he shook his legs and straightened himself out they'd be about perfect.
Most people have trousers too long, it seems that the style these days is at least quarter break and that's how my tailor did mine on my latest suit despite me telling him not to, IMHO no break is proper for a city gent in a business suit - with socks (red or blue)*

*Definitely not shorter and definitely not with naked ankles, or you look like a gay Parisian sailor.
