I don't wish to take anything away from Dame Shirely, but is belting our Goldfinger once in a while really of national importance?

Was watching the news and they are sending a lunar mission to the dark side of the moon. Wonder if they will land on the moon and if they do will the flag flap in the wind like it did last time round.

Don't think they have taken off yet maybe they can pack a covid test kit. On a more serious note why has it been 50 years since we set foot ( or robot) on the moon. Does make you wonder if the first time was just a fluke and they realized how risky it is or if there is really no big benefit to go there. I do recall climbing up the biggest tree as a kid was always an achievement which I would have expected lunar 2 being in quite a few people's bucket list since 1969. Just a thought. Maybe they will play some pink Floyd when they go there.

Cut out the lard n' maple syrup on white sliced bread sandwiches, keep fit, don't smoke, drink in moderation and eat a good quality, balanced diet and lo! you may very well live longer and have a better quality of life as you do.

Graffiti conviction for Australian woman who stuck googly eyes on sculpture

A 20-year-old woman has been convicted on a graffiti charge for sticking googly eyes on a famous sculpture in South Australia.

Amelia Vanderhorst pleaded guilty to the charge at Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on Tuesday. She was ordered to pay A$2,000 ($1,394; £1,040) as compensation and complete 60 hours of community service.

Vanderhorst had been under the influence of MDMA and three litres of vodka she had consumed on the night of the offence last September, her lawyer Michael Hill told the court.

One of teh rumours is he admitted live on air that he never paid for (stole) shopping bags at Sainsburys in the same week a Sainsburys employee was sacked for the same thing. Guy I know here is like that. I've been at the bar & seen him polish off an entire large bottle of Goose with zero signs he'd had a drink. He's had at least 5 DUI's & drive a beat to shit Chevy Suburban that looks like it had been rolled down a canyon. He's worth about $60M, his dads construction company built several LA freeways.
He's quite the philanthropist, paid for a few people I know to get Lasik eye surgery & gave several local girls a set of bolt on's.
