Maybe a Brexit bonus if it's been rescinded?
She only has one EU license and IIRC she wasn't given the option of transferring it so had to take a second test.

That was @Yorick , as IIRC Penny has two licenses.

I've applied for a Fronch licence but I have no intention of giving up my UK licence.
Screw it being an offence.

I just had a reply about my driving licence transfer to Fronch, 5 months after my initial enquiry to tell me they're dealing with it.
I might just tell them I can't be bothered.
