Aint that the truth... after a 90 mins ride i'm bloody useless the next day... let alone the amount they do, then the day after, then the one after.... etc.

About 13 years ago I did the South Downs Way in a day, I was a VERY broken Galactic Dictator by the finish and didn't ride for weeks afterwards.

I know that pain :) I've done SDW more than once... once we considered the double.... until about half-way through the single that was :D

I've really enjoyed the racing this week, Wednesday and yesterday especially.

One question though. Why is the Irish girl who hosts the post race review each day on Eurosport dressed as a prostitute?

She also speaks 6 languages!!! I've managed to miss all the tdf so far but i may have to watch on catch up if the outfits are that good ;)
