Aprilia Dorsoduro 750, 929 Fireblade RR, Guzzi V1200 Sport and maybe a couple of commuters (GS500 and Aprilia Leonardo scooter)

Still have the Guzzi tucked up in the UK...

it evokes what I think we all/ I strive to get out of motorcycling, out in the big skies, a big view, dare I say freedom. the bikes pretty too with enough shiny bits.Un-encumbererd. Im sure there are plenty of better bikes / Views but that just ticks something for me. It might be in danger of the

Oh my words, that is ages ago!! I loved my Sprint RS, but the reality is that E10 will muller those tanks pronto. Pity. I might be interested in an older Daytona again, had one for a bit and it was lovely, long and slow steering but a lovely bike.

These days they're both non runners in my garage.I'm taking early retirement in a few weeks & I want both of these running again.Plan on taking the FZ750 to next years Classic TT.

Thanks,back in the day I bought another JDM bike cheap & used it for commuting until it finally died.It was a dog but I only paid £450 for it,I have all the paintwork resprayed & ready to fit when I get the bike running again.Only problem I can see is that the donor bike was fitted with a very tired 2MG motor & the ignition is different to the 1FM/1FN bikes.Single pick up instead of the early bikes twin pick up.
I think I'll have more trouble with the XT600,it cut out slowing down for traffic lights.No spark,long story short,it's not sparking as only one side of the crank is turning :wtf: ..

Ignitech can supply you with an ignition to work with either FZ ignition pickups.
