Bonsoir mes amis.
Tonight we start with Nage de l'atlantique, basically, scallops, langoustines, mussels, crab in a mussel and niolly prat jus
This was followed by rump steak in a Madagascan 3 pepper sauce, so rare it.was.still mooing as it came to the table!
We settled on the house red, by we, I'm driving!
Probably have a dessert but not decided yet.
