Well, today we put 6 gallons of fuel through her!
Obviously not 6 different gallons, not made of fucking money y'know.
Fuel now running clear-ish, so now just have to plumb everything in!

The orchard grounds really need attention, well done on the bike.

Wait Wait...

We need to see a video of him taking it through the gears on the back wheel and having someone on the brakes before we believe it's fixed.

So we had our first little test ride on Myrtle this evening.
Apart from a crazy french woman driving straight at me, all was well.
Haven't ridden anything less than 100hp for.10 years so hard to gauge how she's running. Also the lack of.rev counter doesn't help matters.
But I'm guessing that in the short blast she got, 90 ish is plenty fast enough for the FUF to be getting on with.
Pleased to report that the ancient contis have plenty of grip in them. Without trying too hard we're a cm from the edge :D
Sat in the garage now, exhausts ticking happily to themsrlves.
Even got a chance to dig out the old red AGV lid

Yes you lot.
Right you horrible lot

I've just sent £75 for the top spanner man to take his wife to lunch this week for their anniversary.

I'm sure you're all as proud as me to have Noggins bike done for nothing more than a bit of lunch

So, I had to take it out of my own account as rttl funds are low currently. So if you guys fancy donating, you can use the button at top of page or send some PayPal funding to revtothe@revtothelimit.co.uk

God bless you though Demannu, may karma revisit you on a regular basis.

Edited....Weeksy, sorry, the email just came through and I've sent the money to you personally not the forum account, hope that's not a problem? It's just because you were in the system and the reference put your email in and I wasn't paying attention.
No worries at all, top job

You guys really are awesome.

One day (hopefully soon, ish) I plan to be in a situation where I can contribute/pay it forward.

You might or might not know just how much all this means to me, from the spannering to the help, and the appreciation/gift to the spanner man. You do all rock 100%

Ok, my penultimate post about Myrtle.
Been titivating and doing those little jobs!
So, apart from an oil change, filter and cleaning of the gauze filter, she has a clean bill of health from me.
So, as I have run out of toilet project ATM, it's carb synch time.

I've bunged in a fiver.

Not a lot but with training still completely b*ggered by COVID and Brexit worries, I'm a bit strapped for cash right now.
