It was a bit tongue in cheek, there's actually a boat storage yard about 3 miles away. If it wasn't 103deg, I'd jump on the bike & go take a pic next to the F104 outside Lockheed. There's also an F4 on a stick outside the LASD station & a *set* of Century series fighters by the West Gate at Edwards AFB (F-100, F-101, F-102, F-104, F-105 and F-106)

Nearest ones to me are the Buccaneer at Honington, F100 at Lakenheath, and the collection at Flixton air museum.
