Worse than that, the insurance industry is talking about replacing written off normal vehicles with electric ones so they can signal their virtue.

It's been a while since I looked and my KX 500 dry weight is 100 kilos but with fluids its a fair bit more.
Lights and ancillaries add maybe another five?
I've not noticed much weight savings on modern crossers compared to mine.
