I'll get to race the wife home in her Aygo.
Bet the Aygo weights less

If I'm ever feeling flush and find some decent panels and a tank, I'll take all the original stuff off, put it in the loft and get the spare stuff painted up in the M model Blue and White.

But it'll probably never happen, the pink is growing on me :)

As much as the paint job on yours does traumtise me slightly, it's very appropriate for the actual bike...

Thats a cracking looking motorbike, I do like a motorbike with twin tail pipes.

That’s stunning.

Was never a huge Suzuki fan to be honest but as a kid my dream bike was the RGV250 in the Pepsi paint work 🥰

That's an odd photo, the blue and white M was actually lighter than that, the bit that looks black in the photo was a dark blue.

I'm just gonna say it.

The paint job is the best thing about it.

Besides, the 80's are cool now.

80's pah,

It's a 90's bike with a proper 90's paint job.

I've gonna get me some acid worm leathers and a Suzuki paddock jacket.

I can put you in touch with someone who had a GSXR1100 and pink acid worm leathers - he's probably still got them.

That's a Septic one, you can tell from the reflectors.

The one my mate had didn't have the reflectors, it was a UK bike, but it was those colours with the Vance and Hines, it was fucking loud, fucking quick and fucking hard work on a twisty road as all it wanted to do was keep going straight.

I've been looking for a 'period' looking 4-2-1, but not found anything that isn't battered to fuck or in the US yet.

4 into 1 works fine on them, the engines big and reasonably softly tuned (about 140bhp), mates one certainly didn't have any flat spots or lack of mid range.
Have a word with Chris at Grumpy 1260, he might have a Moto Werks or Vance and Hines in stock, he doesn't advertise much.

My first experience of a GSXR1100 was many moons ago when I had my R90S beemer. We both hit the throttle coming out of a roundabout and the Suzook very quickly became considerably smaller. It sounded to me at the time he didn't even bother to change out of top gear. Grunty bikes. A J model I think.

I sold the 90S not long after.

Though it is 20% of what the bike cost

Or 4-2-1 https://www.hindle.com/vintage-exhaust/1989-GSXR1100
Hindle exhausts are superb btw, thin stainless steel, the front pipes are lighter than titanium, you can get Hindle in the UK but I can't remember who from, possibly PDQ
