I think the point is the BLM, the organization itself, may have wacky ideas, but BLM , the idea, has hijacked the name to mean what it actually says. Very few people GAS about the organization, many people do think that racial equality is something that still needs work, and are happy to help it along.

You statement assumes there's inequality between white and black people in the UK, I don't think there is.

Isn't some of the issue here how aspiration groups / cultures are?

In the UK ( like Germany) we are slowly developing an underclass - those who don't want to make an effort, are used to state support, not really wanting to better themselves - and happy for the state to pay of their needs.
If you travel to SEA - most groups are highly aspiration - whether Malay, Chinese or whatever background they com from. The whole parenting culture seems different - with kids expected to, and encouraged to work.
In Britain, whether it is black, white, welsh, scottish or origin unknown, we seem to have many absentee [parents] fathers, not moral structure, very little encouragement to youth to better themselves. BTW this applies to all classes not just the "working class".
The "proud" working class died long ago - if you look at Momentum, it seems to be staff and run by public school marxists and trustafarians.

But I can see that in a Birmingham sink estate there is very little to motivate the yoof, other that drugs, sex and crime.

Going back to BLM, folk were hating footballers taking the knee as folk saw it supporting BLM.

They have now changed stance and it's solely about racism and bullying now.

A stupid bloke the other night booed when the England players took the knee. I ripped into him as a fucking racist. His replies were 100% proof.

If someone decides to use the Nazi salute saying it is in support of black people then would you just accept it or say it is wrong?

Apart from the straw man aspect of that, it would have the effect of inconveniencing the far right.
